2. USING OUR WEBSITE

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• use the website fraudulently or unlawfully;
• provide false, misleading or incomplete information;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts or connected systems;
• introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;
• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract website content without permission;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• place orders using a payment method that you are not authorised to use;
• use our content or branding in a misleading or unauthorised way.

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect customers, our business or our systems.

3. AGE AND ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• the information you provide is accurate and complete;
• you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
• you are purchasing for lawful personal or household use;
• you have reviewed the product information, price and delivery details.

Our website is intended primarily for consumers. Contact us before placing an order for commercial resale or other business purposes.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, colours and other information are accurate.

However:

• colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device;
• packaging may be changed by the manufacturer or supplier;
• measurements may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances;
• minor details may vary where this does not materially affect the product’s quality, purpose or performance.

The product that you receive must still correspond materially with its description.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve it.

We may remove products, change available variants or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you. We may offer:

• an appropriate alternative, subject to your agreement;
• cancellation of the unavailable item; or
• a full refund for the unavailable item.

We will not replace a product with a materially different product without your agreement.

6. PRICES AND VAT

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless clearly stated otherwise.

Where United Kingdom VAT applies, it will be included in or clearly shown as part of the price presented to you.

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed before you submit your order.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

If an obvious pricing, technical or product-listing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or dispatching the order.

You may choose to:

• confirm the order at the correct price; or
• cancel the affected item and receive a full refund.

7. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

• discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• only one discount code may be used per order;
• a discount cannot be applied after an order has been placed;
• discounts may apply only to selected products or order values;
• promotions may end on the date stated or when the available promotional stock is exhausted.

We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotion where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, a technical error or a breach of the promotional conditions.

This does not affect orders already validly accepted.

8. PLACING AN ORDER

Before submitting an order, you are responsible for checking:

• the product;
• the selected variant;
• the quantity;
• the delivery address;
• your contact information;
• the price;
• the delivery method and cost.

Our checkout provides an opportunity to review and correct information before submitting the order.

After you place an order, we will normally send an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received it.

The order confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order and does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

Unless we tell you otherwise, the contract between you and PETALIQUE LTD is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

If we cannot accept an order after payment has been authorised or collected, we will cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund.

9. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment card details.

You confirm that:

• the payment information supplied is accurate;
• you are authorised to use the payment method;
• sufficient funds or credit are available;
• the transaction is not fraudulent or unlawful.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own terms, security checks, currency conversion or processing times.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION AND ORDER VERIFICATION

Orders may be subject to automated or manual fraud and security checks.

Where reasonably necessary, we may ask for additional information to verify:

• the purchaser’s identity;
• ownership of the payment method;
• the billing or delivery address;
• the legitimacy of the transaction.

An order may be delayed or cancelled if requested verification is not provided or if we reasonably believe that the transaction is fraudulent or unauthorised.

Any personal information used for fraud prevention will be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. REFUSING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• the product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• the delivery address is incomplete, inaccurate or unsupported;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment;
• an obvious pricing or technical error occurred;
• the order breaches these Terms;
• the quantity suggests unauthorised commercial resale;
• fulfilling the order would breach a legal or regulatory requirement.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

12. DELIVERY AREA

We currently deliver only to supported addresses in Great Britain:

• England;
• Scotland;
• Wales.

We do not currently deliver to:

• Northern Ireland;
• the Channel Islands;
• the Isle of Man;
• countries outside the United Kingdom.

An order placed for an unsupported address may be cancelled and refunded.

13. FULFILMENT AND DELIVERY

Some products may be stored, prepared or dispatched by third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners located outside the United Kingdom, including China.

Processing and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy and may also be displayed on product pages, during checkout or in the order confirmation.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific date has been expressly agreed.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days after the order is accepted.

Orders may be divided into multiple packages and delivered on different dates.

14. DELIVERY ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact support@pawcleanpro.com immediately if you need to correct an address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.

We will take reasonable steps to help resolve delivery problems, but additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be deducted or charged where legally permitted.

15. DELAYS AND EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Delivery or processing may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• severe weather;
• transport disruption;
• customs or border delays;
• industrial action;
• carrier congestion;
• natural disasters;
• government action;
• war or civil disorder;
• widespread network or platform failures.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of a delay and keep affected customers informed where practical.

If a substantial delay occurs, you may have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund under applicable consumer law.

16. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to:

• you;
• a person identified by you to receive them; or
• a safe place or collection point expressly selected or authorised by you.

Ownership of the goods passes to you after we have received full payment.

Nothing in this section removes our responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged before responsibility has legally passed to you.

17. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact support@pawcleanpro.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order.

We will try to stop the order before fulfilment, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or dispatch has begun.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may exercise your applicable return or cancellation rights after delivery.

Details are provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

18. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Return and Refund Policy explains:

• statutory cancellation rights;
• our voluntary return period;
• how to request a return;
• who pays return delivery costs;
• damaged, faulty or incorrect products;
• refund processing;
• products that may be excluded from change-of-mind returns.

The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

You must contact support@pawcleanpro.com before returning a product.

Do not send products to our registered office or to an address printed on the original package unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

19. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS

Goods supplied to consumers must be:

• of satisfactory quality;
• fit for their intended purpose;
• as described.

Contact support@pawcleanpro.com if a product:

• arrives damaged;
• is faulty;
• is materially different from its description;
• is incomplete;
• is the wrong product;
• does not perform as reasonably expected.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include:

• repair;
• replacement;
• replacement parts;
• a price reduction;
• a full or partial refund.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your legal remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

20. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

You are responsible for reading and following all instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with a product.

You must:

• use products only for their intended purpose;
• supervise children and animals where appropriate;
• keep electrical products away from water unless expressly described as suitable for such use;
• use only appropriate charging equipment;
• stop using a product if it appears damaged, defective, unusually hot or unsafe;
• follow cleaning, storage and maintenance instructions;
• avoid modifying, dismantling or attempting an unsafe repair.

Pet grooming products must be used carefully and with appropriate supervision.

Stop using a product if it causes pain, injury, irritation, distress or an unexpected reaction.

Information on our website is general product information and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinary or other appropriate professional.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for a defective or unsafe product where liability cannot legally be excluded.

21. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:

• keeping your login information confidential;
• providing accurate account information;
• notifying us of suspected unauthorised use;
• ensuring that activity conducted through your account is authorised.

We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, misuse, a security risk or a serious breach of these Terms.

You may place an order without creating an account where guest checkout is available.

22. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

Where you submit a review, photograph, video, comment or other content, you confirm that:

• it is based on your genuine experience;
• it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• you have the right to submit it;
• it does not infringe another person’s rights;
• it is not unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening or misleading;
• it does not contain malicious software or unauthorised advertising.

You grant PETALIQUE LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce and use the submitted content in connection with operating and promoting the business.

We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms, applicable law or the rights of another person.

We will not require or encourage customers to publish false or misleading reviews.

23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to PETALIQUE LTD.

Protected content may include:

• business and trading names;
• logos and branding;
• website text;
• photographs and videos;
• graphics and design elements;
• product presentation;
• page layouts;
• downloadable materials.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without prior written permission, you must not:

• reproduce or commercially exploit substantial website content;
• copy our branding in a misleading way;
• republish photographs, videos or product descriptions;
• create the impression that you are associated with or endorsed by us;
• remove intellectual property or ownership notices.

24. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may use or link to independent third-party services, including:

• Shopify;
• payment providers;
• delivery and tracking providers;
• social media platforms;
• analytics providers;
• advertising platforms.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party content or services, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

25. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the website available, accurate and secure.

However, access may occasionally be interrupted because of:

• maintenance;
• security updates;
• technical problems;
• hosting or platform disruption;
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

This will not affect contracts for orders that we have already accepted.

26. OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including responsibility for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded;
• breach of mandatory consumer rights;
• any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Products purchased through this consumer website are supplied for personal and household use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, commercial opportunity or business reputation, arising from a consumer purchase.

27. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information.

By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that personal information will be processed as described in that policy.

28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:

• our website or services;
• business practices;
• technology;
• payment or delivery arrangements;
• legal or regulatory requirements.

The Terms applicable to an order will normally be the version published when the order was placed.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

29. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

30. NO WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived the right to enforce it later.

31. GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS

These Terms and purchases made through our website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.

A consumer living in England or Wales may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.

A consumer living in Scotland may bring proceedings in either the Scottish courts or, where legally applicable, the courts of England and Wales.
